Creattura to Exhibit at SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026 – Proposing the Social Implementation of Trusted Carbon Credits through High-Quality MRV and Traceability –

Creattura Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Tomomichi Hattori; “Creattura”), a climate technology company, will exhibit at the global innovation conference SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026, to be held from April 27 (Mon) to April 29 (Wed, national holiday), 2026.
At the event, Creattura will showcase its digital platforms that support carbon credit generation both in Japan and overseas, as well as its approach to the social implementation of trusted carbon credits.
Background and Booth Content
(* Creattura’s booth is located at Tokyo Big Sight, West Hall 1, Area / Booth Number: C‑568. Please feel free to stop by when you visit the venue.
In recent years, carbon credit markets have faced growing interests regarding whether emission reductions are properly occurring, how they are verified, and how much their environmental value can be trusted by society.
To address these challenges, Creattura has developed digital platforms centered on high-quality MRV (Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification) and traceability, leveraging AI technologies.
At its booth, Creattura will introduce concrete use cases with demo tailored to different carbon credit schemes and project characteristics, both internationally and domestically. We will demonstre how trusted carbon credits can be generated and implemented in real economic and social contexts.
The booth will feature the following two initiatives:
Lynx AWD
Lynx AWD is an MRV system designed for rice paddy projects utilizing Alternate Wetting and Drying (AWD), a water management methodology that alternates drainage and irrigation during the rice cultivation period. AWD can reduce methane emissions by up to 50%, delivering both climate mitigation benefits and value for agricultural operations. However, challenges have remained in visualizing and managing on-site operations. Lynx AWD addresses these challenges by using satellite data and AI to digitally monitor AWD practices, accurately quantify methane emission reductions, and significantly reduce operational burdens.
Carbon Synergy Consortium and Lynx Connect
The Carbon Synergy Consortium is a platform consisting of business operators across Japan that are engaged in J-Credit creation through energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. Creattura serves as the owner and coordinator of the consortium, which is supported by Lynx Connect as its digital infrastructure. Lynx Connect enables the creation, management, and visualization of carbon credits, allowing stakeholders to clearly explain where credits were generated and how their environmental value was created, with high-resolution traceability.
