Our Name
Creattura comes from the Latin word “Creatura” for creatures, with an extra “t” added to it.
The T stands for various things and concepts, including Tree, Trust, Technology, and Tolerance.
We sincerely hope our business activities will help to restore the earth’s biodiversity and contribute to the sustainable development of humankind.

Career of Representative Director & CEO
- After graduating from university in 1999, Tomomichi Hattori joined Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he worked in IT and BPR consulting mainly for public agencies. In 2006, he changed jobs and joined Recruit Agent. During his time there, he worked on developing and implementing medium-term management plans in the Corporate Planning Department and other sections.
- In 2010, Hattori joined Econos as Head of the New Business Department. He was involved in launching a carbon offset business. He also played a role in concluding a business alliance with the Swiss NPO myclimate. In 2011, myclimate Japan was established by the joint investment of Econos and myclimate. Hattori became the Representative Director of myclimate Japan in 2013. In 2019 he left myclimate Japan, and in 2020 together with Team Energy Inc., Hattori jointly set up the climate change solutions specialist Waara Inc. In 2022 he set up Creattura Co., Ltd., independent from Waara Inc.
- Hattori graduated from the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering in the School of Engineering at Nagoya University. He completed an EMBA at INSEAD (France) and Tsinghua University (China).
