プロダクトマネージャーとして、デザイナー、エンジニア、ステークホルダーと連携しながら、チームでのプロダクト開発をリードしていただきます。チームを共通の成果に向けて導きながら、プロダクト戦略の立案と実行、段階的なリリース計画の策定、ユーザーからのフィードバックを取り入れた改善サイクルの構築を担っていただきます。

私たちはドキュメントではなく、実際にソフトウェアを世に出すことで前進を測っています。

As Product Manager you will work with product designers, engineers, and stakeholders on a highly collaborative team. You will be responsible to align your team on outcomes and drive product strategy. You will create iterative release plans and feedback loops that enable our team to create amazing products. We measure progress by shipping software, not documentation.

• 英語での優れた口頭および文書コミュニケーション能力（日本語はビジネスレベル以上が望ましい）
• リサーチを行い、解決策を考え、プロダクトの方向性を導ける力
• プロダクトのビジョンやロードマップを定義し、伝える力
• ユーザーストーリーの作成と優先順位付けの経験
• アジャイル開発への情熱と、リーンスタートアップのアプローチへの理解
• 論理的かつ構造的なコミュニケーション力、そしてチームで協働する意欲

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English, business-level Japanese preferred.
• The ability to perform research, brainstorm solutions, and guide product direction.
• The ability to define and communicate a product Vision and Roadmap
• Experience writing and prioritizing user stories
• Passion for Agile software development and familiarity with the Lean Startup approach
• A strong, structured approach to communication and desire to work in a collaborative environment
