Agreement with Ishikawa Prefecture on J-Credit Creation and Partnership with the Carbon Synergy Consortium
On August 3, 2026, Ishikawa Prefecture (Governor: Yukiyoshi Yamano) and the Carbon Synergy Consortium1 owner, Creattura Inc. (CEO: Tomomichi Hattori, hereinafter "Creattura"), signed a partnership agreement to promote decarbonization initiatives and the creation of J-Credits in Ishikawa Prefecture.
[Date of Agreement] August 3, 2026

Ishikawa Prefecture aims to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 and a 50% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by fiscal year 2030 (compared to fiscal year 2013), and is promoting various initiatives such as energy conservation in homes and businesses. To advance decarbonization efforts in the prefecture, this agreement will establish a public-private partnership framework by integrating J-Credit creation activities2.
Furthermore, we aim to contribute to CO2 reduction across the entire region by utilizing the generated J-Credits within the prefecture. As the owner of the Carbon Synergy Consortium, Creattura will collaborate by leading the registration and procedural processes for J-Credit creation in Ishikawa Prefecture. Additionally, we will provide our proprietary system, "LynxConnect3," which utilizes patented technology to visualize J-Credit sources in high resolution, thereby contributing to the expansion of decarbonization efforts by visualizing energy-saving activities in homes and businesses throughout the prefecture.
